By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

However, slight variations may occur (color, size, appearance), particularly due to screen display or manufacturing differences.

Prices are displayed in euros (€) or in the local currency depending on the customer’s location.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or customization reasons.
9. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If a product is defective or not as described:
- The customer must contact support within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof (photos or videos) may be required
After review, an appropriate solution will be provided:
