Orders are generally processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. As a general estimate, orders may be delivered within approximately 4–9 business days after processing, depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Where tracking is available, tracking information is sent to the email address provided with the order. You can also follow your parcel on our Track My Order page.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us before sending a product back so that we can provide the return instructions. Returned products should be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Received a damaged, defective or incorrect item?

Wrong size? You may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the conditions of our Return Policy.

How do I choose the right size?

Please use the size chart on this page before ordering. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for more comfort around the shoulders and chest. If you have any doubt, contact us before ordering.

Can I wear these clothes every day or only for special occasions?

Our pieces can be worn both every day and for special events. A 3-piece suit can easily be broken down: the trousers or waistcoat can be worn individually for a sophisticated yet understated look.
